Bio: Ken Hanks

Graduated with a B.S. degree from Texas Tech University (1970) and from The University of Oklahoma with a J.D. degree (1976). He is a retired Title Attorney, who specialized in examining public records for over 25 years, in order to write title opinions for major corporate clients who spent hundreds of thousands of dollars based on these Title Opinions.

Mr. Hanks is mindful of how important his clear focus is in evolving spiritually.  He is a student of the Course in Miracles while attending and participating in leadership positions at the Unity Church of Santa Fe, NM.

His expertise is in professional negotiations, which he has developed over a 25 year period in dealing with landowners where he negotiated long term leases on their lands. Ken is currently using his expertise in negotiations and research to help distressed homeowners. He is an advocate of saving homes from foreclosure as well as to unburden property owners from unwanted properties through America’s Property Solutions, LLC.

Bio: Ann M. “Annamarie” Galloway is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's degree in General Studies majoring in Education, Art and Literature.

Ms. Galloway recognizes that her spiritual path is the foundation of her existence and the most important practice in her life. She has sought out some of the most enlightened teachers of the world. Annamarie is her spiritual name. She follows a disciplined spiritual practice daily.

She has over 14 years of experience as an educator as well as managing and directing numerous workshops and conference events based on education, personal growth and spirituality.  

For over 22 years Ms. Galloway has served in the following capacity: as a Placement Manager for an engineering placement firm as well as  for Dislocated Workers: as Career Counselor and Coach for winning the interview, coupled with  negotiating career advancements and salary increases. Eighteen years of this time included experience as Manager and President of Finding Excellence International Inc., a USA, Michigan, based technical search firm.

Currently, Ms. Galloway is a real estate investor, writer and peace activist who is involved in developing and building sustainable economies and communities globally.  Because of the economic situation surrounding her in the United States, Annamarie has become actively involved in educating and providing quality alternatives to homeowners who face foreclosure and crippling financial challenges through America’s Property Solutions, LLC.
